PRODUCT RETURN PROCEDURE

| In order for the return of our products to be accepted , the following conditions
have to be met.
|
- The product has to be returned latest within 7 days after the date on the sales
invoice.
- The return is effective only after the product has been brougt to the technical
service of Özel Information Technologies A.Ş. and the reasons for the return are
confirmed by our technical service.
- The products to be returned should come together with their box, packaging and standard
accessories if there are any without any missing part and with no damage.
- Requests applied for by filling in the "Return Request Form" and accepted by the
Technicla service are informed to the sales representative.
- The return request confirmed by our sales representative will be informed to you
by a “Return Form”. Please include the number on this form to the return
invoice you have issued.
